Change in the Crypto CFD trading hours (MT4)
Please be advised that there is a change in the Crypto CFD trading hours (MT4) this weekend due to a server upgrade and maintenance.
23rd of September 2023 (Saturday): 07:00-23:59 GMT+3 [Late Open]
24th of September 2023 (Sunday): 00:00-23:59 GMT+3 [Normal]
Please note that the following aspects might be affected during the maintenance:
- The features on MT4 will be temporarily unavailable. You will not be able to open new positions or close existing positions.
- There might be a gap between the original price and the price after maintenance. The gaps between Pending Orders, Stop Loss and Take Profit will be filled at the market price once the maintenance is completed.

Symbol name changes on our MT4 platform
We wish to inform you of an upcoming change regarding symbol names on our MT4 platform, effective from September 4th, 2023 (Monday):
- DAX40/DAX40ft will be renamed to GER40/GER40ft.
- FTSE100/FTSE100ft will be renamed to UK100/UK100ft.

Kindly take note of the following details:
- This name change will take effect on both our live and demo MT4.
- For live MT4, the name change will apply to existing positions as well as pending orders.
- For demo MT4, all existing or pending orders associated with DAX40/DAX40ft/FTSE100/FTSE100ft will be force closed.
- These changes will be implemented on September 4th, 2023 (Monday).

Trading Sessions for HK50 and HK50ft Cancelled Today.
The Hong Kong observatory has recently extended Typhoon Signal 8 until at least 16:00 (HKT Local Time). Due to this development, the trading sessions for HK50 and HK50ft will be canceled for the entire day, which includes morning, afternoon, and after-hour trading.
However, we would like to assure you that HK50 and HK50ft are expected to resume their normal trading schedule tomorrow (18-07-2023).

Closing Position Only: INDIA50
Please be advised that the trading of INDIA50 on RockGlobal’s platform has been set to close-only on 21 June 2023 until further notice. Please close any open positions on INDIA50 by end of trading on 21 June 23. Any positions that remain open after the end of trading on 21 June 23 will be closed by RockGlobal using the EOD (End of Day) price on 23 June 23.
This is due to the of anticipation of the Singapore Exchange to discontinue the India50 futures contract.
